Help me give my students tools and resources for calming and regulating emotions.

My Project

Social emotional learning is so important. Students will use these items in a calm down area. This is where when a student is feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated they can use these tools to help calm themselves down. The yoga cards can be used to get their bodies moving and be in a mindful state. The fidgets sensory toys give students something to do with their hands while they calm their bodies and mind. Lastly, using a essential oil diffuser helps engage all of the student's senses by smell and sight to calm their bodies.
