My Project

I am a special education teacher at ELM School, and a calm down corner is essential to effective classroom management in my resource room! Not only am I looking for a rug and cushions, but I am also looking for calm down resources my students can use in order to self regulate their emotions! We all know your teenage years can be stressful and overwhelming, especially when you're in a new school like my 6th graders are! However, with a calm down corner, students can have a space to cool down and relieve tension before interacting with their classmates and school personnel in a negative way. Please consider helping my classroom, and thank you for any and all of your help!
