This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These materials will be used to create a calm down / reading corner for students. It will be next to the class library and be a space for students who are overwhelmed, need a break, or have been doing really well and want to sit in fun chairs.
Hopefully, it will be a space in the classroom for alternative seating for either rewards or differentiation as needed.
I am asking for 6 chairs to have enough seats for a small group to read or have several pairs be moved around the classroom. Thank you for considering!
