Calm Down Corner for Big Feelings

Help me give my students a calm down corner to help process their big feelings.

My Project

Kids have big feelings and are learning how to respond to those big feelings. In my classroom, I would love to supply students with an area to help them process those feelings in a calm and productive way. We need a beanbag, Bubble Tube, headphones, etc.

When students aren't able to handle how they are feeling appropriately, many times they have to leave the classroom to deal with their feelings and they miss the lessons being taught in class.

With a calm down corner, the student can remain in the class so that they are able to still hear the lessons while trying to process and calm themselves.
