Calm & Create Corner

Help me give my students with diverse disabilities a creative corner that offers an alternative to traditional seating, fostering the flexible, supportive environment they need to focus, engage, and succeed.

My Project

I work with students who have a wide range of disabilities and diverse learning needs, which require thoughtful and individualized accommodations. I love teaching children who need diverse learning techniques because it expands my knowledge as an educator and drives me to find what truly works for them.

I care deeply about my students and see so much potential in each of them, which is why I am committed to being flexible and responsive in my teaching approach.

Recognizing that traditional desk seating does not always provide the most effective environment for their success, I prioritize creating spaces that adapt to their needs and help them feel comfortable, focused, and supported.

This proposed creative corner is designed to offer an alternative setting that fosters engagement, calm, and meaningful learning experiences. By providing this adaptable space, I aim to ensure that every student has the opportunity to thrive academically and personally, reaching their fullest potential in a setting that truly works for them.
