This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have a wonderful group of third-grade students that are always eager to learn. Sometimes they come to school with a lot on their mind and need some time and a place to focus on the day ahead. My students will greatly benefit from having a shelf ready with various art tools and supplies.
A place where they can take time to express their feelings through art to help them calm down and focus their energy will help my kids have a productive day.
Alternate seating is a great way to have students work out some energy or find a place in the classroom where they can refocus and destress using art and stress management supplies.
