My Project

When students come to the school counseling office, it's often to process emotions, manage stress, and find support.

For elementary students, a hands-on activity or fun game can work wonders—melting big emotions and building meaningful connections in the process!

I've chosen mindful activities and games that can facilitate conversation because they help students feel comfortable enough to articulate what they're experiencing. I have requested two of some items because my role supports to school buildings. Hands on activities like a mini zen garden, water painting board, blacks, and simple games give students a creative outlet while navigating big emotions and challenging situations.
