Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
We are a STEM-based charter school in Naples, Florida with 74% of our students receiving free or reduced-price lunches. The families we serve really want what is best for their kids and trust me as their teacher to help make those decisions. The students in my classroom are very loving and caring individuals.

My students are passionate, eccentric, beautiful, intelligent, and all-around amazing. When you look into their eyes, you know that they are eager to consume knowledge. These students appreciate each and every day that they spend in the classroom because they know that they are going to use their minds in the most creative and innovative ways possible.
My Project
With everything going on in the world right now going back to school shouldn't be stressful.
I want to make my students feel comfortable and keep them calm, while they are in my classroom, by stocking it with multi stress balls and fidget toys.
We need hand2mind Sensory Fidget Tubes for Kids to provide relaxing, and soothing and mesmerizing liquid motion for kids.
We love Big Mo's Liquid Motion Spiral Timer Toy for Sensory Play - Relaxing Bubble Motion works great for students with Autism ADHD. It provides sensory visual relaxation at their desk.
My students would love stretchy string fidget sensory toy. The stretchy rubber string is cold and feels good to stretch.
We also need Monkey Stringy Balls to help kids with sensory needs. The balls are soft rainbow pom bouncy stress balls for students to squeeze.
Since everything will need to be labeled for each student, we need plain nametag labels. This will help to keep all supplies e for each induvial student.
Everyone loves sweet treats I want to reward my students with organic dye-free lollipops and sour beans.
I would love to have this powerful book in my library: What Should Danny Do? It teaches kids the power to choose and promotes good decisions.
