Calm & Comfortable in the Classroom

Help me give my students lap desks, a rolling cart, books, and bulletin board paper for an environment that is calming, comfortable, and welcoming to everyone.

My Project

Students spend the majority of the day in their classroom. They should feel that the space is not only full of learning but also calming and comfortable. This project allows me to design space with calming colors and messages of acceptance.

The lap desks will provide my students with opportunities to move about the room and to learn while sitting on the floor in a location of their choice.

Each of the One World books consists of 23 short stories from different authors around the world. These books will allow my students to gain knowledge about different cultures and perspectives and to become more globally aware.
