This is my first year as a teacher, and I can truly say I was so blessed with the best group of kiddos. I've always wanted my classroom to be a second home for both me and my students. We spend a lot of time together in the classroom, and making it comfortable and homey to learn is key.

Natural lighting through lamps can set a calm tone for my classroom. On top of that, the carpet would give my students a spot to learn and make memories on while they are playing. Play-based learning is so powerful, so giving my students a place where they can play and feel calm and cozy will help them grow!
