My Students
My fourth grade students are quite unique. Our classroom is full of twenty-one creative, energetic, and curious individuals. My students have gone through three changes in teachers, within three months of starting school. With that, my students have shown their resiliency, flexibility, and patience during this time. Not only did my students quickly adjust to these changes, they were able to trust and welcome a complete stranger.
My students are truly inspiring.
I couldn't think of a more motivated and deserving group of kiddos!
My Project
As of now, my students sit on heavy metal chairs during reading group and small group instruction. My goal is to replace the metal chairs with these requested six Learniture Active Learning Chairs.
During reading group and small group instruction, students are required to sit for 15-20 minute periods of time.
These wobble chairs will improve the focus of my students, as the chairs allow them to move naturally, without having to leave their seats.
