My Project

My students come from a Title I school in Staten Island, a borough of NYC. Our students are learning to become advocates for themselves, their learning and their community. The students are very diverse and come from different backgrounds and enjoy learning about others and what makes them special.

This project will be used to reach an entire fourth grade, approximately 150 students.

Our scholars are learning how to be social activists and how to stand up for causes they believe in to make a change. With the Cricut and vinyl sticker paper students will design and print stickers to help bring awareness to a cause they believe in.
