Help me give my students scientific calculators, so each student has the very best chance for success in Algebra this year and in future years.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I work at a Title 1 school, which is basically a school in a low-income area. Over 50% of our students are below the poverty line and there are quite a few that their only meals from the day come from school. I see around 200 high school students each day. They come from many different backgrounds. They are all unique and come with their own gifts. They are the most positive kids around. I know most people's least favorite subject is Math. It's no mystery, but my classes are filled with kids that even though they aren't the biggest fan of the subject, they won't give up. They keep pushing forward to do better in every class. They have this thirst for knowledge and don't let their circumstances hold them back.
My Project
My school is fully in person this year, as well as masked up. I try to keep most of the work in class so the students have full access to all the resources that they need. The students will be using these calculators every single day. This will extremely benefit all learning levels as some really struggle with integers. This would help them to feel more confident in an area most of them do not like and an area in which I've seen so many struggles especially after this last year at home.
