My Project
This year, our school's budget was hit even harder than in past years and we have had to dramatically cut back on what the school can purchase.
This means we often don't have enough supplies to go around and this year teachers are sharing calculator sets because we don't have enough for all our students.
A new class set of calculators will ensure students have the tools available to deal with complex, real-world math problems and that they don't have to take turns because we are running low on supplies. Having the materials we need is a critical first step to an engaged and thriving classroom.
