My Project
A large and important part of the Air Force Junior ROTC curriculum is health and wellness. The pull up bar I am requesting will allow us to incorporate more upper body exercises into our weekly workouts. In addition, we have a physical fitness competition team that is very popular with the cadets.
This team competes against other JROTC programs within the state and around the region.
Most of the competitions include pull ups. This pull up bar will help my team prepare for these competitions.
Our goal is to compete on a national level by the end of the 2024-2025 school year. In addition to the pull up bar, the fitness team will use the sports bags I am requesting to carry extra clothes to and from competitions.
