Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project has me so excited for a new way to motivate my students to exhibit great behavior! My hope as a teacher is to always set my students up for success in their future. With this project, I will create a classroom store where my students can spend their "money" they earn from good behavior.
Students will learn how to save, budget, and spent their "money" responsibly.
In our classroom, we use an app called Class Dojo where students get to earn points for exhibiting expected behavior. My plan for this project is to organize a class store that students can shop at with their points. They will be motivated by good behavior while also learning about finances.
