My Students

My students are creative, young citizens who are diverse in their ethnic backgrounds. They come to my classroom full of life and energy. Their homes and families are rich in culture and tradition. While my students are creative and bring so many ideas to the table, they often lack the necessary resources to provide the opportunities, tools, activities, etc., to explore their ideas. I am seeking resources to create more opportunities for them to learn and grow through the arts.

My Project

We are living in an exciting time for education and learning. In school, students learn traditional skills, hands-on activity, creativity, and the latest technology. In this exciting, educational world, technology is a must and quite a useful tool. Computers, laptops, iPads, smart boards, and other technology in the Art Room provide a means for research, online galleries, photographing original art, and more. In order to utilize technology through all these means, we must have multiple devices to allow teacher and students to be a part of the teaching and learning process.
