Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
On a daily basis we have students coming into our office for support and struggling with their emotions. Manipulatives are a perfect way for our students to self regulate and open up.
These manipulatives would enhance the counseling department and our supportive strageties when working with our students.
Having something to fidget with often reduces stress and facilitates conversation.
Our team values the relationhips we have with our students. We strive to create a theraputic enviroment that is calming and peaceful to meet the emotional needs of our students in crisis. This donation would help tremendously!
