My Project
I teach a wonderful group of Kindergarten students. They are happy children who want to learn. Many of the students have one or more parents in the military. This often means that one of their parents is away on deployment during the school year. We are also a Title I school. This means we serve a large, economically disadvantaged population. Often the children do not have supplies or books at home. I work with wonderful children who deserve the best we can give them!
This project will give them magnetic letters and paper to build and write words.
This will help my students be more engaged and successful as readers and writers.
