it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are very hands-on learners. In early childhood the best experiences involve problem solving and cooperation, skills that will aide them for years to come.
Adding these materials to our classroom will help my learners establish strong critical thinking skills.
These building toys will allow them to work together with peers to use their imagination and build! In the mornings as the students come in they begin their day with play. The structure of our classroom and routine we have established, allows them time for creativity and learning.
I love watching my scholars use deep thinking methods to solve problems in their work. These skills are reinforced in play when they build something and it doesn't work as they planned. The play we experience in early childhood is as beneficial as the work we do. I am helping future leaders grow!
