My Project
The students in the academy program are members of their career technical student organization.
Students are encouraged to compete in various district, state, and national competitive events which allow them to demonstrate their mastery of skills taught in the classroom.
Students meet after school and in Zoom in study sessions as they prepare for district competition in numerous events in business math, business communications, e-business, finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, public speaking, information technology, web design, and other business-related topics. Students support, motivate and encourage each other. These study sessions reinforce skills taught in class. These gift cards serve as an incentive and reward for students who continue to report for study sessions as well as participate and place in competitions.
