My Project
This project aims to provide essential reinforcement kits to support the diverse needs of approximately 150 students across four buildings and sixteen teachers. These kits will contain a variety of engaging toys and materials carefully selected to motivate, encourage, and celebrate student achievements, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. This project will equip teachers with the tools they need to effectively support their students' behavioral and academic growth.
Our schools serve a vibrant and diverse student population, each with unique learning styles and motivational preferences.
Many of our students benefit from positive reinforcement to stay engaged, build confidence, and achieve their full potential. Currently, teachers often use their own limited resources to provide these incentives, leading to inconsistencies and shortages.
