My Project
My kindergarten students are just beginning their reading journey, and learning how to blend and decode CVC (consonant-vowel-consonant) words is a huge milestone for them. These early literacy skills are foundational for becoming confident readers.
Our classroom is full of eager learners who benefit most from hands-on, engaging, and differentiated materials.
CVC word activities like puzzles, magnetic letters, word-building games, and interactive centers will give my students the practice they need in a fun, developmentally appropriate way. These resources will help them master blending sounds to read words like “cat,” “dog,” and “sun”—small steps that lead to big growth!
I am requesting CVC word building kits, phonics puzzles, dry-erase boards with letter tiles, and literacy center activities designed for young learners. These tools will help support various learning styles and allow for both individual and small-group work.
Every child in my classroom deserves the opportunity to become a successful reader. With these materials, my students will gain the confidence and skills they need to crack the code of reading. Your support will help them open the door to a lifetime love of learning.
Thank you for helping us build the building blocks of literacy!
