My Project

By integrating CrossFit into our physical education curriculum, with kettlebell weights, medicine balls and speed ropes we can offer a dynamic and engaging way for students to develop strength, agility, and endurance. CrossFit is not just about building physical skills; it also fosters resilience, teamwork, and self-confidence- essential qualities that will benefit students both inside and outside the classroom.

This initiative aims to cultivate a love for fitness that will last a lifetime, equipping students with the knowledge and habits they need to thrive in all areas of their lives.

Our students bring a unique perspective, boundless curiosity, and a natural enthusiasm to the physical education program here at NLE. Each one has their own strengths, challenges and dreams making my classes vibrant and diverse. They are not just learners; they are the future leaders, thinkers, and creators.
