My Project
Our high school athletes (grades 9-12) work incredibly hard, but they need better equipment for strength training. Right now, we don't have enough workout gear. This means our students can't get as strong as they need to be for their sport. It also puts them at higher risk for injuries.
Our current practice site lacks workout equipment because our practices are held at the beach and this means our athletes miss out on crucial strength and conditioning opportunities.
Your donation will help us buy essential team workout equipment including exercise balls, balance boards, medicine balls, and resistance bands that will have a huge impact on our students. This gear will allow them to strengthen their bodies in ways specific to our sport, helping them perform better and prevent injuries. Imagine the difference this will make for our dedicated athletes!
