Help me give my students access to the safest and best equipment for their weightlifting pursuits. We are asking for female specific bars and weights that are designed to offer our lifters the safest most durable equipment
The girls weightlifting team for our school is in need of new equipment. The school just can't provide enough to meet our needs. Our girl's weightlifting team has grown from 14 girls 5 years ago to 45 girls this season. There just is not enough equipment, and what we have is really taking a beating since it is shared between our PE classes, boys football team, boys weightlifting team and our girls.
We are one of the top teams in the state of Florida and host several large meets throughout our season where this type of equipment is needed in addition to the daily workout.
Our girls learn how to build strength, but most importantly they learn how to build confidence by working through challenges, overcoming failure, and succeeding both mentally and physically. Please consider giving to our program of excellence and growth by contributing what you can.
