My Project
I teach a passionate group of high school students who are just beginning their journey as musicians. Many of them are holding an instrument for the very first time, and they show up every day ready to learn, grow, and create.
To support their musical development, we are requesting a classroom set of Habits of a Successful Beginner Band Musician books.
These books are essential for helping students learn proper technique, posture, tone production, and musicianship from day one. With limited access to quality materials, many of my students depend on the school to provide the tools they need to succeed.
This method book is structured to build foundational skills step by step and aligns perfectly with how we teach ensemble playing, rhythms, scales, and sight-reading. These resources will ensure that students across flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, tuba, euphonium, and percussion sections all receive the same high-quality instruction.
