My Project
My Pre-K students are full of energy, imagination, and curiosity! At this important stage, they are developing critical social skills like sharing, communicating, problem-solving, and cooperating with others. Play-based learning helps them build these skills in a fun, natural way.
My Project:
I am requesting Bluey and Peppa Pig figures and playsets to enhance our classroom’s social skills learning centers. These beloved characters create an instant connection with young learners, making it easier for them to engage in cooperative and imaginative play.
Through pretend play, students practice taking turns, sharing ideas, resolving conflicts, and expressing their feelings — all essential parts of social-emotional development. Bluey and Peppa Pig storylines also naturally model positive friendships, teamwork, and family values, making them perfect tools for young children learning how to navigate social relationships.
By adding these playsets to our classroom, I can provide students with more structured opportunities to grow their social skills while having fun and feeling safe to express themselves.
