This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are a group of inquisitive PreK-5th graders. They love to explore new ideas and engage in hands on experiences. These building tools will be used to help my students engineer different structures in a building genius hour club. Students will take part in STEM building challenges as well as open build sessions in which they will have the opportunity to create unique structures.
These supplies will help them unlock their imagination and look at different perspectives when it comes to engineering, architecture and planning.
The supplies will work with all students that come into the library as well for a choice time activity that is hands on.
