My Project
My students absolutely love playing the barred instruments, or "xylophones," as the younger ones call them. However, we still don’t have enough instruments to reach a 1:1 ratio. Thanks to the support of this wonderful community, though, we're getting closer!
Adding another alto diatonic glockenspiel will allow one more student to join in the fun, eliminating the wait to take their turn.
These instruments aren’t just for playing music; we also use them to create sound effects for background music during our book readings. Since my students only have music class once a week for one semester each year, every moment really counts.
