This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My Preschool students are imaginative and love blocks but we just don't have enough for all the aspiring engineers and architects in our class!
With these materials every student will be able to enjoy our block center and be able to use their imagination to build and create. Block building is not only fun but it also supports my students' developing motor skills, math and science concepts such as counting, comparing, balance and cause and affect. Language skills are also supported as they describe their creations and communicate with one another.
