My students are English Language Learners who are eager to grow as readers and writers. They come to school every day with a strong desire to learn, despite facing many challenges outside of the classroom. Many of them are new to the country and are learning English for the first time.
To support their growth, I am requesting Level A books to help them build early reading skills with accessible, engaging texts.
These books are crucial for building confidence and fluency. I am also requesting whiteboard markers, which we use daily for interactive writing, vocabulary building, and partner work. Finally, laminating pouches will allow me to create reusable, hands-on learning materials that my students can engage with again and again.
With these resources, I can create a supportive and engaging learning environment that helps my students feel successful and excited about learning English.
