My students need the seat sacks so that they can learn to become responsible for their things. I would like for them to have access more quickly to their books and supplies.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students come from high poverty and low income backgrounds. They don't get many opportunities that a lot of other kids might get. They are hardworking students just with a few more obstacles to climb.
I want to provide them with many opportunities, experiences, and the tools needed to be successful regardless of the environment that they are in.
My school does its best to provide the students with what they need, but cannot always meet the demands. We are challenged to bridge the gaps that our students may have.
My Project
These seat sacks would allow for my kids to access their materials easily and quickly. I would like for them to have the access to their books and other things that they need and are working on in class.
This would help them to become more responsible and insuring that they have their materials.
With limited storage space in the classroom, the students would be able to have more learning material accessible.
The art supplies would allow for the kids to express themselves through the arts. Our students do not have an art class that they can go to in school. This would allow for more creativity when they are working in their workstations.
