My Project
Having Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) books in my counseling office is essential for supporting students' emotional growth and well-being. These books serve as valuable tools to help students understand and express their feelings, develop empathy, build healthy relationships, and strengthen coping skills. Whether used in one-on-one sessions or small groups, SEL books provide relatable stories and concrete strategies that encourage open conversations and self-reflection. By incorporating these resources, I can create a safe and supportive environment where students feel seen, heard, and empowered to navigate the challenges they face both in and out of school.
