My Students
4th grade students are coming in looking for independence and wanting the ability to share their voice. They are inquisitive and want to know why to a myriad of questions. They are developing their own opinions on matters and wanting ways to begin contributing to their communities and to the world at large.
Fourth grade students want to be global citizens.
They want to know what's happening in the communities and the world around them. With limited access to experiences, my students are yearning for ways to learn and grow into responsible leaders and community members.
My Project
Students will use the Time For Kids materials to build their global awareness. Students will have opportunities to build their knowledge of events and happenings within their communities, country and world. Students will use the Time for Kids materials to deepen their grasp on current events to become global citizens.
It's an exciting thing to see students developing their voice and opinions through informative texts and technology.
Time For Kids is a great resource that will spark interest in students to become more aware of their community and world at large. Students want the opportunities to grow and learn globally.
