My Project
Our school is a PBIS (positive behavior interventions and support) school. PBIS is used to help students grow academically, build relationships, and learn essential social-emotional skills. Students earn RISE tickets throughout the day that they can use to purchase entry into monthly school events. To earn RISE tickets, students have to display responsibility, integrity, safety, and engagement.
Finding rewards for our middle school students that will motivate them consistently, to display RISE values, and earn their tickets, can be very challenging.
That is why when something works, we love to continue the tradition, students remember how much fun they had last year and are already for this activity this year.
Please help us with Gingerbread House kits for our students.
Last year it was amazing to see students being middle school students, communicating appropriately with their friends, engaging in the activity, sharing, displaying teamwork, and being creative. During the holiday time it can be very challenging for many students, but having a fun activity to work for will help them continue to make good choices in school. Please help give my students the opportunity to spread some holiday cheer with their friends.
