My Project
Financial literacy is one of the most important skills a student can learn—but traditional lessons don’t always keep them engaged. I want to give my students hands-on tools to explore personal finance in ways that are fun, interactive, and impactful.
The writing tablet will help students solve problems digitally and share their thinking on the screen.
It’s especially helpful for visual and kinesthetic learners. Whether they’re calculating a savings goal or graphing their spending, students will be able to write, erase, and collaborate quickly using this tech tool.
The games on our wishlist provide real-world practice with budgeting, saving, and making choices. These games turn abstract concepts into exciting experiences where students take ownership of their decisions.
The books I’ve selected are engaging, age-appropriate stories and nonfiction that reinforce money concepts in a relatable way. They’ll help students build vocabulary, comprehension, and confidence.
Together, these resources will make our financial literacy lessons more meaningful and fun—while equipping students with lifelong skills.
