My Project
FPA is a charter school where our mission is to prepare students in grades PreK-12 to excel in college and in life. The students have shown success rates when they have all the essentials to aid in their learning. The youth at this school are very smart, courageous, and eager to learn new things.
If and when we are granted the supplies requested they will be utilized to reward students for behavior and academic achievements.
Also, we have a calming corner space where the youths can go and calm down and reset so they can resume their day, that's where the bean bag comes into play. We have students who deal with sensory issues and the fidgets and coloring items aid with excessive stimulation and help them calm so they can focus and continue learning with no interruptions. The requested items are much needed at our school because academics and behavior are our main focus. If the youth are not focused it disrupts learning.
In closing, we will be sure to utilize the requested items to benefit our youth.
