This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have a wonderful group of curious fourth graders who make me smile every day! They are eager to learn and explore as they collaborate with their peers to complete a task. Having tangrams and Magna-Tiles in the classroom will enable my students to develop problem solving skills. In addition, they will be able to explore and analyze geometric shapes, dimensions, patterns, and spatial relationships all while having fun with their friends! These manipulatives will also teach my students the wonderful benefits of being persistent and never giving up. Hooray!
