My Project

In a third grade classroom, structure and routine are key to helping students stay focused and feel secure. A carpet with clearly marked spots for each child is more than just a classroom accessory—it’s a tool that supports learning, builds independence, and reduces distractions. With an assigned space, students know exactly where to go during group lessons, story time, or class meetings. This helps create smoother transitions and a calmer, more organized environment.

I’m working to bring one of these special carpets into my classroom so every student can have their own spot.

This carpets is an investment, but it will bring many benefits that are well worth it—more focused learning, better classroom management, and a stronger sense of community.
