My Project

This project is for a Dramatic Play/Storytelling Center for Kindergarten! Our children learn a great deal through play. I am creating this project to gather the best materials including blocks, play people, a community building set and other tools for a classroom centered on play-based learning. The Kaplan Early Learning Community sets in this project will be a great way to begin building a dynamic dramatic play/storytelling center, where students can explore social-emotional skills, build classroom community, and practice storytelling skills together. Play-based learning also supports creativity and critical thinking.

Play-based centers

I believe centers are most effective when students can get up, move around, and engage with each other. Students can use this time to learn to work together effectively, building classroom community and teamwork. Please enhance our students' learning by helping to create a play-based learning environment where they can explore together!
