My Students

I work with the greatest group of 2nd graders. They are so eager to learn and soak in everything you teach them. I am so fortunate to be able to call them my kids for 10 months of the year.

My second graders are ready and waiting to learn everything they can this year.

They deserve the best education I can offer them. And I can only do that with all of the supplies and resources we need. I can't wait to see what this year has in store with these kiddos.

My Project

I love my students and I believe in giving them the best education that I am capable of. While I try my best with the resources I have, I know I could be a much more involved and efficient teacher if I had additional resources.

I am needing some character building books for read-alouds throughout the year.

The students learn so much from read-alouds and they are a great way to teach positive character traits. These books will also allow me to focus on teaching instead of spending my time correcting behaviors in attempting to have an optimal learning climate.

I am also asking for a set of headphones to replace some that have broken over the year. These headphones will allow all of my students to use headphones when using programs on the iPads that are optimally used with sound. As well as a set of timers for students to use with stations to practice math and reading fluency.
