My students are eager, curious learners who thrive when given hands-on, engaging materials that make learning fun and accessible.
They come from diverse backgrounds and bring unique perspectives to the classroom, but many need extra support to build foundational literacy and math skills.
The phonics games in this project will provide my students with interactive, multisensory ways to practice decoding words, reinforcing the Science of Reading approach we use in class. The math manipulatives, including ten-frame sets, will give them concrete tools to develop number sense and fluency. Additionally, the book bins will help us create a well-organized classroom library, ensuring students have easy access to books that spark their love for reading.
My goal is to create a structured, engaging learning environment where my students feel confident and excited to develop their reading and math skills. These resources will allow them to practice independently and with peers, building the skills they need to succeed.
