My Project

My students will benefit from tools and games to build problem-solving and mathematical concepts. The cards and games will help students understand and reinforce mathematical skills in multiplication, fractions, decimals, and money. The social skills book will provide examples to students to collaborate and work together on their tasks.

Exploring and creating with the magnetic tiles will provide students an opportunity to be creative while solving problems.

The magnetic tiles can be used to create different shapes to explore 3-dimensional shapes, surface area, and volume. With the additional pieces of the marble run, students will be able to manipulate the slope of the runs to increase the velocity of the marbles. Students will be engaged in learning and not even realize they're learning as they manipulate the components for better effects! They will be better motivated to keep learning!
