My Project
Kindergarteners are naturally curious. The Life cycle sequencing kit will give them the opportunity to role play the life cycle of a butterfly. I also have some math tools that will enhance their experiences in my math class. My students learn best with math tools in their hands. Playdough, kinetic sand, and lacing cards provide an opportunity to develop fine motor skills. I have what I call "Choice Time" the first 10 minutes of my day. My students are given a variety of activities that they can do to enhance their fine motor skills.
Fine motor skills are an essential early childhood skill that will benefit my students as they learn through the kindergarten experience.
These items in my project will give them the opportunity to choose from a variety of activities. My goal is to help them develop their fine motor skills in a fun learning environment.
