This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are energetic and ready to learn every day they come to school.

My preschool students with special needs will utilize an enormous amount of hands-on, play-based materials to learn.

My students and I have embarked on a learning journey in school! I am committed to continuing to provide my students with the necessary tools they will need in their educational journey.

My students love having fun and learning at the same time. I have noticed that they love hands-on materials that they can use while I teach. Having my own set and a set for them to use makes teaching a lot easier for all of us.

These materials will ensure equitable and inclusive science education for all.

The craft sets, rainstick and birdhouse kits, craft foam, STEM toys, and other materials will be used to teach science and how things work while distance learning continues to take place. Science and building is fun and what better way than to do it in school! My students will be able to build their own birdhouse, model cars, boats and so much more. They will even get to make their own automobiles! I cannot think of a better way for my students to learn about buildings and science with their own materials to use in school while we have fun learning about buildings and how to build things. The best part is we will be able to share with our peers and even better watch while we work! With additional materials to make bird houses, foam black, shapes and a building drill toy will help my students better understand what it is to build!
