My Project

In our VPK classroom, we aim to create a fun and engaging learning environment where young children can explore early math concepts through play and creativity. Our students are enthusiastic about learning, and incorporating the Numberblocks—a beloved educational show that introduces numbers and basic math skills—will greatly enhance their experience.

Foster Early Math Skills: Help children develop number recognition, counting, and basic addition and subtraction through interactive activities.

Encourage Creativity: Provide materials that allow students to create their own Numberblocks and engage in imaginative play.

Enhance Social Skills: Facilitate group activities that promote collaboration and communication among peers.

The following materials will help enhance a fun and engaging way to learn math.

Numberblocks Manipulatives: Sets of Numberblocks toys to help children visualize numbers and engage in hands-on learning.

Numberblocks Books: A selection of books that feature the Numberblocks characters, reinforcing number concepts and storytelling.

Art Supplies: Craft materials (paper, markers, glue, etc.) for creating Numberblocks characters and interactive displays in the classroom.

Learning Games: Board games or card games that incorporate Numberblocks themes, promoting learning through play.

By integrating Numberblocks into our classroom, students will develop a strong foundation in math while enjoying the process. They will learn to recognize numbers, understand basic arithmetic, and collaborate with their peers, all in a playful, supportive environment.
