Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach a class of energetic, curious, and kind-hearted 3rd graders who are developing a love for reading. They come to school each day eager to explore new worlds, learn about fascinating topics, and challenge themselves.
With your support, I hope to build a diverse and engaging classroom library that will allow my students to read for pleasure during the school day.
I am requesting books that range from beginner chapter books and graphic novels to high-interest nonfiction and multicultural stories. These resources will help my students find books that spark their interests, broaden their perspectives, and support their reading development.
