My Project
This year, one of my professional goals is to give my students the tools they need to build a love for reading. I would like to start sending books home with my students early so that their parents can read to them at the beginning of the year. Then by the end of the year the students will be able to read books based on their current reading level. This project will help me partner with their families to build that love for learning in the hopes of them reading on grade level even after they leave my classroom.
