Building A Love For Reading: Mentor Text Sets For Kindergarten

My Project
In our Kindergarten classroom, I believe that reading is the key to unlocking imagination, creativity, and knowledge. To ensure my young learners develop a deep love for reading and gain the skills they need to become confident readers, I am requesting your help in providing mentor text sets for our reading units of study.
Mentor text sets are collections of books that will guide my instruction and enrich our units of study.
By using a variety of books on the same topic or theme, students will engage in meaningful discussions, explore diverse perspectives, and build vocabulary while developing their comprehension skills. These books will help create a classroom environment full of curiosity and excitement about reading!
